Energy !

It is not about the Energy shop :P
It is about me using all of my energy! That happened yesterday ...

I drove to and from Abdely that is total of 3 hours at least ! with me was only my smaller brother ...
It was really fun ... not only did I drive for a long time,but I ride the horse in Abdely :p
When I reached home my battery was empty! I finished all of my energy and I wanted to sleep :)

But I was happy alhamdolilla we had a great time n_n

True Story!

فتاة وشاب يبيـــتان في غرفة !!!

رحلة استكشافية خرجت فيها مجموعة من الطالبات والمعلمات إلى احدى القرى لمشاهدة المناطق الأثرية...
حين وصلت الحافلة كانت المنطقة شبه مهجورة وكانت تمتاز بانعزالها وقلة قاطنيها...
فنزلت الطالبات والمعلمات وبدؤا بمشاهدة المعالم الأثرية وتدوين ما يشاهدونه فكانوا في باديء الأمر
يتجمعون مع بعضهم البعض للمشاهدة ولكن بعد ساعات قليلة تفرقت الطالبات وبدأت كل واحدة منهن
تختار المعلم الذي يعجبها وتقف عنده ..

كانت هناك فتاة منهمكة في تسجيل المعلومات عن هذه المعالم فابتعدت كثيرا عن مكان تجمع الطالبات وبعد ساعات
ركبت الطالبات والمعلمات الحافلة ولسوء الحظ المعلمة حسبت بأن الطالبات جميعهن في الحافلة
ولكن الفتاة الأخرى ظلت هناك وذهبوا عنها فحين تاخر الوقت رجعت الفتاة لترى المكان خالي
لايوجد به أحد سواها فنادت بأعلى صوتها ولكن ما من مجيب فقررت أن تمشي لتصل الى القرية المجاورة
علها تجد وسيلة للعودة الى مدينتها وبعد مشي طويل وهي تبكي شاهدت كوخا صغيرا مهجورا
فطرقت الباب فإذا بشاب في أواخر العشرين يفتح لها الباب وقال لها في دهشة :من انت؟
فردت عليه: انا طالبة اتيت هنا مع المدرسة ولكنهم تركوني وحدي ولا اعرف طريق العودة :(
فقال لها انك في منطقة مهجورة فالقرية التي تريدينها في الناحية الجنوبية ولكنك في الناحية الشمالية
وهنا لايسكن أحد ...
فطلب منها ان تدخل وتقضي الليلة بغرفته حتى حلول الصباح ليتمكن من ايجاد وسيلة تنقلها الى مدينتها ...
فطلب منها أن تنام هي على سريره وهو سينام على الأرض في طرف الغرفة ...
فأخذ شرشفا وعلقه على حبل ليفصل السرير عن باقي الغرفة ...
فاستلقت الفتاة وهي خائفة وغطت نفسها حتى لا يظهر منها أي شيء غير عينيها وأخذت تراقب الشاب ...
وكان الشاب جالسا في طرف الغرفة بيده كتاب وفجأة اغلق الكتاب وأخذ ينظر الى الشمعة المقابلة له
وبعدها وضع أصبعه الكبير على الشمعة لمدة خمس دقائق وحرقه وكان يفعل نفس الشيء مع جميع اصابعه
والفتاة تراقبه وهي تبكي بصمت خوفا من ان يكون جنيا وهو يمارس أحد الطقوس الدينية ...
لم ينم منهما أحد حتى الصباح فأخذها وأوصلها الى منزلها
وحكت قصتها مع الشاب لوالديها ولكن الأب لم يصدق القصة خصوصا ان البنت مرضت من شدة الخوف الذي عاشت فيه ...
فذهب الأب للشاب على انه عابر سبيل وطلب منه ان يدله الطريق فشاهد الاب يد الشاب وهما سائران
ملفوفة فساله عن السبب ؟
فقال الشاب: لقد اتت الي فتاة جميلة قبل ليلتين ونامت عندي
وكان الشيطان يوسوس لي وأنا خوفا من أن ارتكب أي حماقة قررت أن أحرق أصابعي واحد تلو الآخر
لتحترق شهوة الشيطان معها قبل ان يكيد ابليس لي
وكان التفكير بالإعتداء على الفتاة يؤلمني أكثر من الحرق ...

أعجب والد الفتاة بالشاب ودعاه الى منزله وقرر أن يزوجه ابنته دون ان يعلم الشاب بان تلك الابنة هي نفسها الجميلة التائهة ...
فبدل الظفر بها ليلة واحدة بالحرام فاز بها طول العمر ...

طلعت من الدوام ذاك اليوم ولا سيارتي مشمخه وطايح صبغها وعليها صبغ أحمر!
على طول عرفت إنه واحد بسيارة حمره حك سيارتي وانحاش
وبما إنه واحد والله أعلم ما عنده ضمير وما يخاف من الله سبحانه وتعالى ما حط رقمه ولا شي

!
أصلا لو أهو كان عنده إحساس وقعد واعترف بغلطته أو اعتذر حتى لو بورقة جان من نفسي

ما طلبت منه تعويض

لأنه بالعكس آنا راح أستحي منه ويكفي إنه بيكبر بعيني وبيكون خوش واحد وعنده ضمير

فراح أسامحه وينتهي الموضوع إلي أهو كان خايف منه ومن نتايجه !

وندخل بسالفة ثانية صارت أمس لما طلعت من الدوام

ركبت سيارتي ومثل ما الوالد الله يحفظه معلمني أول شي سويته أهو إني قفلت الباب

وبس قفلته ولا إيي ريال ويطق علي الجامه

!!!

My weekend !

Wednesday: I left work straight to my brother's house to pick up his son (the first baby in my family!). He is only 4 months old and it is his first time to ride my car. He sat with his maid in the back seat and I drove going to our house.
On the way ... I had a strange new feeling! caring for someone more than myself! I was not exceeding 100 km/h and I was afraid to drive fast! (for the first time in my life)! Also I was holding the wheel so tight :P The most funny part is that I was talking to him all the way (as if he understand!)

Thursday: Talking with my cousins in my grandmother house ...
Ra-1: Did u bring your motorcycle?
Hamood: NO, I sold it to Hamany (another cousin)!
Ra-1: Why?
Hamood: I bought a new one :)
Ra-1: what! did u bring it with u?
Hamood: ya! want to try it?
Ra-1: !!! yalla ...
Hamood: quickly before any one notice !

(we walked to the car parkings of a school that is only across the street )
(it was midnight ... very cold weather)

I only drove it for about 10 metres :p then called for help LOL (I got scared) ...

It was crazy and fun :)

Friday: Visited the international book exhibition and bought 1 book only (GMAT) book ... have to go there 1 more time to search again for a good photography book ...

last night started the last ten days of the holy month of Ramadan ...

last week I was in my uncle's house when me and my cousin were dicussing how the last ten days of this Ramadan will be different from the previous one!
how?
because last one it was a cold and rainy weather and we used to go in her little (mini cooper) car to the mosque late at night wearing jackets and feeling cold looking out the wet windows ... it was fun ...
But this year it is still hot weather no one can expect any rain !!!

last night was the surprise ! subhan Allah ... I was in my friend's house, we got out to the 7osh at 11:30pm and it was cloudy! heavy clouds with lightining !!!
today it rained! wow what a nice lovely weather :)

أمس بالمسيد لاحظت إنه المره الكبيرة إلي تصلي يمي مو لابسه دلاقات ومومغطيه ريولها فاستغربت لأنه معروف إنه لازم نغطي ريولنا بالصلاة حتى المتحجبات إلي ما يلبسون دلاقات لما ايون يصلون يغطون ريولهم بثوب الصلاة أو أي شي
المهم آنا قلت حرام الحين أخاف ما تنقبل صلاتها
وقعدت أفكرأقولها ولا ما أقولها
شنو أقولها بالضبط
أخاف تزفني
هالأيام زايدين الشريين وقبل جم يوم محصله زفه

KUWAIT with no electricity!

good morning everyone :)
I didnt read any blog till now,but I expect that most if not all of the Kuwaiti blogs wrote about yesterday! :p

آنا كنت بالدوام وفجأة انطفأت الإضاءة وأجهزة الكمبيوتر فعمت الفوضى وعلت الأصوات! فهناك من كان في منتصف عملية مهمة على الكمبيوتر
بعدها أحسسنا بقيمة ال

فلولاها لما استطعنا رؤية أيادينا
:)
استفدنا من انطفاء أجهزة الكمبيوتر حيث تجمعنا في مجموعات بعد أن كان كل واحد مقابل جهازه طوال اليوم
فجلست مع زميلتين نتحدث فلاشيء يمكن عمله غير الحديث (السوالف) ... أتانا أحد المديرين بالشركة وهو بحريني الجنسية وقال
(تعيبون على البحرين كله تنطفي الكهربا الحين انطفت الكهربا بالكويت كلها )
ضحكنا وعبالنا يتغشمر آنا قلت مو معقولة الكويت كلها لا شنو عمرها ما صارت
آنا أقول بس عمارتنا!!!

بعد لحظات أتى مدير باكستاني وقال لنا

(oh traffic lights? oh my god not working!!!) (look at that mess)
كانت فوضى بالتقاطع فالإشارات كلها لا تعمل
معناته المنطقة كلها
يمكن صج الكويت كلها خل نتأكد
وكل واحدة تقوم بالاتصال على الأهل والصديقات بالمناطق المختلفة وكانت المفاجأة أن لا كهرباء

أضحكنا أخ زميلتي الصغير عندما اتصلنا عليه فقال
(ماكو لمبات وماكو تلفزيون)

اتصلت على واحد من أقاربي ويعمل في كونا (وكالة الأنباء الكويتية) متوقعة أن أحصل على الخبر كاملا منه وسبب الانقطاع
فقال
(ما ندري شسالفة آنا محكور اهني بالدوام)
!!!

(الحمدلله الجوله تشتغل جولتنا مو على كهربا أهم شي إنه في فطور) !!!

الحاجز ما يصعد والسيارات تكودوا طابور

نزل واحد ويحاول يحرك الحاجز بإيده أو يكسره بس ما كو فايدة

أغرب شعور لما سمعت أذان العصرو كان المؤذن يصرخ من أعلى صوته وتخيلت الكويت قبل أيام بيوت الطين ! الحين عرفت أهمية المنارة وأخيرا صعد المؤذن فوق

ارجعت لكهربا بمنطقتنا قبل أذان المغرب الحمدلله وعرفت إنها ارجعت لما سمعت ولد جيراننا بالحوش يصرخ

بعد أن كنت أذهب للعبدلي بنهاية كل أسبوع لزيارة

توقفت عن الذهاب لأكثر من شهر
فقررت الذهاب للاطمئنان على الحيوانات بعد أن اشتريت لهم ما يكفيهم من الطعام لفترة طويلة وبما أنني أحفظ الطريق للعبدلي وما فيه لاحظت بعض التغييرات
فكانت هذه الصور التي التقطتها بالطريق !



يعني كنت أشتري من هالبياعين عصير وبيبسي وكتكو ! بس ما كانوا يبيعون بباص وباص أصفر بعد ! مو جنه هذا باص مدرسة!!!

It made some people laugh,some got surprised!!! and others attacked me !
ya it is true ...

imagine that when I once put this photo in a forum which I usually put my pictures in, the admin removed the photo! and closed the topic !!!

His excuse was that I broke the law! and that I am proud of doing an illegal thing! and it is sort of a terrorist thing and he gave me a long list of accusations !!!
I think it is (stupidity) 'sorry for this word', but really the sign says dont take photo of the area behind me! and not dont take photo of the sign itself :D really I laughed how people think that way ...

وقائع حدثت بالفعل

المصباح في زجاجة

قام فريق الأبحاث الذي كان يجري تجاربه على إنتاج ما يسمى بأطفال الأنابيب بعدة تجارب فاشلة في البداية ، واستمر فشلهم لفترة طويلة قبل أن يهتدي أحدهم ويطلب منهم إجراء التجارب في جو مظلم ظلمة تامة ، فقد
كانت نتائج التجارب السابقة تنتج أطفالاً مشوهين ، ولما اخذوا برأيه واجروا تجاربهم في جو مظلم تماماً ، تكللت تجاربهم بالنجاح ، ولو كانوا يعلمون شيئا من القرآن الكريم لاهتدوا إلى قوله تعلى، ووفروا على أنفسهم التجارب الكثيرة الفاشلة ، لأن الله تعالى يقول "يخلقكم في بطون
أمهاتكم خلقاً من بعد خلق في ظلمات ثلاث ذلكم الله ربكم له الملك لا إله إلا

انتخابات x انتخابات

تلقيت اتصالا مضمونه تكليف بأن أكون مسئولة لجنة التصويت بإحدى الكليات وذلك لانتخابات الاتحاد الوطني لطلبة الكويت ...
لم أتردد بتوقيع إجازة من العمل للغد تلبية لطلب قائمتي الغالية الائتلافية بل إنني أعتبر طلباتها أوامر حيث أجد نفسي ناكرة للجميل فبعد أن أصبحت موظفة لم أساعد إلا ببرنامج واحد أقامته الهيئة التنفيذية

انتهت المكالمة ... وها أنا أحاول منع دمعتي من النزول! فهاهو شريط ذكريات أربع سنين قضيتها بجامعة الكويت يعاد أمامي ... بدءا بدخولي كلية العلوم الإدارية بالعديلية ومرورا بانتقال الكلية للمبنى الجديد في الشويخ وانتهاءا بخوضي الانتخابات وعملي كعضوة بالاتحاد الوطني لطلبة الكويت بعد أن من الله عزوجل علينا بالفوز

أتذكر وأتذكر ...
حبيبتي قائمتي (المعتدلة) مازلت أعلق الباج بسيارتي واليوم أسعد لتغييره ووضع الجديد مكانه ... كم هو جميل! أتذكر عندما دخلت العلوم الإدارية والكل يحط من معنوياتنا لأننا كما يقولون غير منافسين فيها وأتذكر عندما وعدت نفسي أن لا أتخرج إلا وقد حققت المعتدلة انتصارا :) ... (لا تلوموني كنت متحمسه!) ... لكن أعتبر الانتصار قد بدأ فهو لا يأتي في سنة مرة واحدة وأرقامنا بازدياد كبير ولله الحمد وأخيرا أصبحنا منافسين :)

أتذكر عندما كنت أقف مع زميلاتي من المستقلة والوسط جنبا إلى جنب نوزع المنشورات وكل واحدة تعلق باج قائمته

المنافسة الشريفة... كم أحبها ! خصوصا مع منافسين أقوياء ... نتناقش ونختلف بالآراء وبعدها نترك خلافاتنا خلفنا ونمضي بصداقتنا
ومحبتنا

تذكروا أن العداوات لا تنفع والعلاقات الطيبة هي التي تبقى بعد السنوات المعدودة التي نقضيها بالجامعة ...

Soug el 7areem !

yesterday was a different Friday ...
I woke up @ 8:30 , left home at 9 heading to (soug elHareem) !

I need some photos for a competition am thinking to participate in and I chose soug el7areem to take my shots in ...
I took photos of nearly everything there ... dararee3 ... echmaqat ... '7amat ...

only 2 old ladys shouted at me, making everybody else in the soug look at me !
these ladys who sell the things over there with many others are wearing masks (barage3), so even if they by mistake appeared in my photos, what's the big deal :p their faces dont show !

one of them shouted at a man (hathee 9aweratnee len galat bas!) LOL
and the other one said (ta3alay ebnaya entay Tarbeya Asaseyya, jam3a?)
(lesh ma tgoleen e9eer a9awer!!! bas et9awreen!)

they were shouting louldly, I got scared ...
my answers were a smile (yellow one)


... I had fun and I got a big collection of photos , I even printed them at the same day ...

One seller was sad telling me that the soug will be removed and it will be replaced with a new building but selling the same old stuff !

What have your children been doing this summer? If kids do not keep their brains active, they will lose about 2 months (approx. 22%) of what they learned from school the previous year according to the Johns Hopkins Center for Summer Learning. This is known as the “Summer Slide.”
At the end of the school year, my son brought home a booklet filled with all sorts of homework for the summer. While a second look at the booklet really shows that it is not so overwhelming after all, the damage was done.
“Homework for the summer!” children all over exclaimed.
The pages and pages of math problems are mainly made up of one-minute timed tests, which should in effect really take up a total of 10 minutes. The long list of books of suggested reading, although followed by a summer reading record, didn’t mean they had to read those specific books or even that many.
Anyhow, everything just backfired so badly, it has taken weeks to fix the damage. Now here we are, a few weeks away from the start of the school year, and the kids’ brains need some polishing up. Where do we begin?
ReadingProvide reading materials for your kids. If your kids can’t sit still long enough to be encouraged to start a book, get them a selection of short stories or magazines. Take them to a bookstore or library, and let them choose their own books. Throw in an occasional comic book, as long as it meets your approval. Don’t forget to read together around bedtime, it’s a great habit they’ll cherish for a long time.
History and ScienceVisit a museum. Learn about the history of your area or some place else. Some cities have kids’ museums to stimulate children’s scientific thinking. Visit a planetarium to learn about the stars and planets.
GeographyWatch the Olympics! While watching individual competitions, choose a country to root for, and then look it up on the atlas. Try to encourage your kids to identify it by its flag. Remember though that after sitting in front of the TV for so long, you will need to get the kids physically active. Try holding your own home version of the Olympics.
Remember, make it fun, participate with them, enjoy yourself, and do not, under any circumstances, use the word “homework!”

SURPRISE !

When I slept last night, 2 hours later (@ 2 am), my sister intered my room
calling me (wake up, I want to sleep here), she was holding her pillow!

I was half a sleep looking at her (she was laughing!), this means she didnt come due to an insect or a nightmare!

(hello I want to sleep here) ! hehehe !!!
me wondering(what is so funny)(maybe I am dreaming) ...

She sat on my bed and I saw someone standing (somone else!)
he was lughing too !

I looked carefully (what!)(no way)
It was my brother who works abroad !
He is not supposed to be in Kuwait now! yesterday he was telling me that he wants to come for 2 weeks but he didnt mention TONIGHT!

(oh my god, surprises again, it is in his blood!)

last time he came without telling us as usual, the 7osh door was locked, he didnt want to awake us! he jumped the high wall as a thief! nocked on the maid's window, she opened the inside door, he entered and slept, we woke up and (surprise!)

This time the same except the 7osh door was opened!
and one more thing he didnt wait till the morning , he scared us!

I kissed him (ma9addeg, meta yeet?)
then I realized he is real! LOL, so I huged him ...

7:30 am before leaving to work, I went to his room opened the door , looked carefully ... IT IS HIM ! good I was not dreaming ...

Colors (HUGE collection)

I am at work now trying to choose 2 colors between more than 400 color !
believe me, and it is a big decision ...

One color for the forms and the other for the textboxes
You dont know what am talking about? ok
A system that all employees will be using daily includes all these forms

And my boss asked me to choose the best colors
why me? (I am a girl :) and the only girl in my department!)

I will be back after I make my desicion
I am still trying colors with colors

A killer in Abdely !

I live with animals since I was a kid. I love animals and can’t imagine living a period of my life without owning 1 pet at least!
My Spanish pretty dog was lost in Abdely area, then it was found dead, killed, shot !!! by a monster not a human. How can any person with a heart bare to kill an animal in such an aggressive way. My heart was broken and my tears doesn’t stop whenever I see photos of my Spanish friend (Hershey) , watching me eat or chasing my bike …

Last year on my graduation day I received a gift which was a big surprise! A dog, but not Spanish :) It is a German Shepherd from my brother (my best friend).

Me and the new dog (Buffy) are now good friends and only one thing scares me, will it be killed! Or will it live until it gets old …

POW’s (prisoners of war)

I miss them so much, are they still alive! saddam has been caught and we still don’t know anything about them. We used to think are they eating? Are they sleeping ? Now we think when will we see their bodies or bones! Whenever the phone rings, we hold our hearts, is it the call to tell us come bury them …

One of them was caught by the Iraqis’ soldiers in 1990 (Iraq invasion to Kuwait) after days from his engagement. And the second was caught with him at the same time. The first one’s wife refused to marry anyone else and still hoping to have him back and celebrate their wedding after 13 years. Their father who was a POW too died last year!
Their crime was volunteering to bake bread for the (fereej) at a time people needed something to eat.


It was a war … It was a nightmare that didn’t end … It was the biggest crime ever …

And they are prisoners of war … They are innocent … They are my cousins …
